Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-12-18 Summary: Perfect cup of tea, everytime! ... I love this kettle and came back to buy another for a gift and sadly its unavailable. I have had mine for year and use it daily. I have had no problems. It heats quickly, filters the water, and is easy to handle. The bonus is it is so beautiful. ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-12-12 Summary: Minor flaw, resolved. ... It's been 3 years since I purchased this kettle and I'm even more pleased with it now than I was then. I use it several times a day to boil water for tea or French press coffee and it does its job impeccably. It's easy to fill, easy to clean, and still looks brand new. It never really had a leaking problem that some people mentioned, apart from a drop of water here or there -- not enough to bother me. One thing that used to irritate me was the kettle's noisiness. I even searched other reviews here to make sure I didn't ...more
[3] Rating: 4 Date: 2009-08-29 Summary: great for almost 3 years ... We bought this kettle in December of 2006 from Amazon and have used it almost daily since then and been very happy. True, after a few months it turned a little brown at the bottom where the heating element is, but since you can easily scrub the brown away I assume it is a deposit of iron oxide from the water rather than corrosion of the kettle. Since this is purely cosmetic and not visible I left it alone. The design is great, for instance that the base is not directional and stores extra cord. Only the water level ...more
[4] Rating: 5 Date: 2009-08-17 Summary: I"ve got 3 of these and I love them. ... I love it. I've got one for work, one for home and one at my moms. I drink a large quantity of tea. We also use it to heat water for pasta, etc. It works very well. I got it for MUCH less than it is currently listed for ($199). On amazon I paid about $70, so it was worth that. I'm not sure I"d pay 199 for any kettle. Compared to the others on the market I do still like this one. It does have some plastic in it, which I am trying to ignore and not panic about. It shuts off automatically and heats very quickly. Ive learned ...more

Braun WK600 Impressions 7-Cup Cordless Tea Kettle
Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2007-06-07 Summary: Excellent product!! ... We have had this tea kettle for about 6 months. We drink a lot of tea, so this kettle gets used above average (about 1 gallon a day). It's compact and stylish. Works great! Would recomend to others! ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2007-04-14 Summary: Beautiful and functional electric kettle ... I LOVE this kettle. I have had the kettle for over a year now and use it at least 3 times every day and it works perfectly. I even take it with me on trips and use it in my hotel room. The only small complaints are 1) there is a bit of rust at the bottom of the kettle--I expect this happened because I haven't descaled it as recommended, 2) the little filter inside the spout wore out. I'm not even sure what it's for. I think it wore out because I fill the kettle through the spout rather than open the lid and fill it ...more
[3] Rating: 4 Date: 2007-04-12 Summary: A reasonable buy ... We have owned this kettle for a couple of months now and are happy with it's performance. The reviews when we bought it stated that it was heavy. This is true compared to other kettles I have owned in the past but should not put anybody off. It has a nice look and boils in a reasonable time. If I were being pedantic, I would say that it over-boils for a few seconds before the automatic cut-off operates but again nothing to worry about. ...more
