I use them on bread, for sandwiches, and use the hollowed out bread for eggs and toast. I also cut out bell peppers (red) for salads. I also use this on cheese and ham for cute salads, hmmm- it won't let me add a link. So if you want to see the pictures of what I can do with this and other Amazon cutters, google "A year of lunches"- my sopressata roll up was the first link that came up for me. I keep my cutters in a baggy with one of those packets of dehydrating crystals, to keep them from rusting. ...more

I had been looking for some good cookie sheets with no coating on them for some time and now have three of these and am very happy. The sheets are very easy to clean with a non-abrasive scouring - I have had good luck even with some messy thinks like boiling mashed potatoes. There is a folded edge on two sides, which I really like because if your oven is uneven and you need to turn the pan part way through, it's easy to grab from either end, but you can still slide things on parchment paper off easily on the shallow ...more

I bought 2 of them in November of 2009 & have been baking a lot of Christmas cookies on them. They are wonderful - just spray lightly with some cooking spray & the cookies do not burn on the edges & just slide right off with a slight nudge. Plus I can fit about 2 dozen Christmas trees or bells on 1 sheet. As far as sharp edges - that is a gross exaggeration. They definitely aren't the smoothest, but definitely not "skin-cutting" sharp.
