I prefer ground beef, but had some chicken that I ground up get my burger "fix". The press needs so instructions as it is obvious on how to use it. I was able to press some nice burgers together and remove them easily. The dimple maker in the press is great to prevent the doming effect that ground beef gets when grilled. I have three other presses. The $24 multi-piece unit, as sold on this site, is hard to clean and will not be used again. ...more

The nice feature is it's easy to clean and no batteries required, bad side is it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to get to a true temperature if you use it for spot checking. Malai Kofta and Baigan Bhartha. Both were excellent. Spicing is wonderful and my kitchen smells great. If you read through and set out what you need, it is no trouble to make this wonderful food.
