I bought it for my 20 year old college student son for when he moves out this summer but after receiving it decided I wanted a copy for myself and for my sister. We like all kinds of cookbooks and have large collections but do prefer full color, picture cookbooks. This is a beautiful book. It has step by step instructions, better than mom can give, for the tasks we all take for granted, and simple recipes to follow up with and use these methods to make something delicious.
