Everything I have tried so far has been delicious, just like those from Cooking Light Magazine. The benefit here is the ease and speed of the recipes. I am a pharmacy student, and although I would love to spend the day cooking and enjoying the process, I don't have time. Most of the recipes have ingredients I can easily locate at a regular grocery store, or already have on hand. I usually end up taking 2 or 3 times the amount to complete a cookbook recipe, but not with this cookbook! When they say 30 minutes, it actually only takes me 30 minutes until dinner is on the table.
