If I couldn't have my morning coffee, I'd be pretty cranky, too. We've used this machine every morning at least three years and it's been nothing but trouble-free. I knocked off a star because I do agree the coffee's not as hot as I like it (so I nuke it for 30 seconds, no big deal) but my significant-other thinks it's the perfect temperature.
