My favorite tea blend of any I have tried so far and I think the reason for that may be the predominance of assam in this blend. Really good prepared as per package directions, 1 measured teaspoon per 6 ounces. Optimal brewing time for me seems between 3-4 minutes but the directions recommend 5.
