In an effort to replace my old aluminum and non-stick bakeware, my search led me to Gourmet Standard brand of stainless steel bakeware. I had previously purchased their stainless steel jellyroll pans and was blown away with their beautiful finish as well as how heavy they were. I got this because I was leery of cooking and broiling on aluminum and stick-free (plastic coated) aluminum cookie sheets. Only con is that they stick the label on with double sided adhesive tape that does not come off easily. I had to spend 10 minutes carefully peeling off the tape and then rubbing off the remaining adhesive with a solvent (I used clean-air paint thinner). ...more
