In korean restaurants, which are plentiful near me but also very expensive, they have these grills at your table, where you can put your raw meat and have it charred in front of you. The cook well, but the only knock is if you scratch it or you use the non-Forman grill sponge it will go to hell with flaking of the cooking surface. I found that it will cook to the top and bottom edges just by warming the griddle up first. I also use a spray on oil before each use which helps with sticking, which was another comment I had read. Remember to warm it up for about 5 minutes. No problem with using it and really like it. Fits perfectly on large center burner on propane stove. I'll comment later on durability but we REALLY enjoyed the chicken my wonderful wife cooked for us last night on this grille. No mess. Chicken was tender and properly seared on the outside. Nice grill marks on the chicken, not that this matters much. Cooking time was a reasonable ~20 minutes (plenty of time for other ingredients to cook). Finished chicken was done right and still juicy.
