Customer Reviews — [1] Rating: 5 Date: 2010-07-25 Summary: Love my new microwave ... First, it was shipped right away and arrived quickly. I was amazed. I love this microwave! There are lots of cool features, I love the 30 sec quick on (you can push it repeatedly to add 30 secs), and the soften and melt features are great if you make desserts. There were some negative reviews about cleaning it; perhaps that is the stainless model but the black is so easy to clean. Just wipe it w/ a damp cloth and it looks great. No product, just water! People complained of the noise; it is no louder than my other microwave ...more
[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2010-06-19 Summary: Good and cheap and it works ... I bought the 1.6 cu ft white one of these. My older and twice as expensive Whirlpool died and I didn't want to spend another 500 bucks on something that I now realize is a "disposable" item. When these break, almost any repair will cost as much as a new unit so I decided to stop buying top tier on these ovens. This unit was easy to install. It's lighter than my Whirlpool was, so I was able to hoist it onto the mounting plate myself and start the top screws without a problem. I think perhaps those who are complaining ...more
